Below is a list of common problems and possible solutions.

I entered my name / email address incorrectly.

Some details can be changed by editing your Profile.

Click "Edit profile," type the correct information, and click "Update profile" at the bottom of the page.

I enrolled in the wrong Class Group. / I need to move to another Class Group.

You can move to another Class Group by unenrolling from the Course, and re-enrolling in the correct Class Group with the new Enrolment Key for that Class.

I completed a quiz, but I can't see the 키next quiz.

Ask your Class Teacher to regrade your quiz attempt. If this does not work, your Class Teacher will contact Support.

I've returned from military service or an extended leave of absence. How do I reactivate my account?

Accounts are automatically deleted after a year of inactivity.

You will have to create a new account.

I didn't get the quiz score I wanted / needed. I want to delete my account and try again.

You are not allowed to do this.

My problem is not listed here. / One of the above solutions did not solve my problem. / My teacher can't or doesn't know how to solve my problem.

  1. your name in Korean
  2. your Practical English Online username
  3. the email address you used to set up the account
  4. a detailed description of your problem
  5. any error messages displayed
  6. the actions you have already taken to try to solve it
  7. if appropriate, a screenshot of the problem

Do not send multiple emails; your issue will not be solved faster.

Support is provided between the hours of 9am and 9pm. If you send an email outside these times, it will not be looked at until the following morning.
